Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend, to every country available in the country selector on our website.

Delivery times

Every order is prepared in our warehouse, then handed to the carrier. Estimated times, in business days:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These times are estimates: carriers can be slower, especially during busy periods.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items ship from the date shown on the product page. If your order contains a pre-order item, the whole order ships together once that item is available.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Customs duties and taxes

Orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped duties paid: we take care of import taxes and duties, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Orders to Canada or Serbia may be subject to import duties and taxes, charged by the carrier or the customs authorities and paid by the recipient.

Orders delivered within the United States, the European Union or Norway cross no customs border.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us through our Help Center and we will sort it out.
